Mickey- Easy involtini in tomato sauce. Take thin slices of beef, place filling ( parsley leaf, garlic sliver and salt & pepper), roll up and secure with toothpick. Brown in hot olive oil in large pot, then remove and set aside. Add tomato suace to smae pot, scraping up brown bits. Add involtini and simmer for 60-90 minutes until tneder. I often serve pasta with the tomato sauce (seaoned to taste) & grated parmigiano, then involtini as a separate course with a salad. Buon appetito!
